🌍 Our Community
QRDoc is a small, independent project. These guidelines define the expected standard of conduct for all users of the tool and anyone who contacts the project team.
✅ Expected Behaviour
- Use QRDoc only for lawful, authorised purposes.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
- Share only documents and links you are authorised to distribute.
- Protect the privacy of others — do not generate QR codes linking to private content without permission.
- Engage respectfully with the project team.
- Report genuine misuse through appropriate channels.
❌ Unacceptable Behaviour
- Using QRDoc to distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
- Generating QR codes linking to content that infringes copyright.
- Harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse of individuals.
- Attempting to abuse, disrupt, or exploit the QRDoc service.
- Submitting false abuse reports in bad faith.
- Impersonating the QRDoc project team or developer.
📣 Reporting Concerns
If you observe behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it via the Report Abuse page.
⚖️ Enforcement
- Declining to support users who violate these guidelines.
- Reporting illegal content or behaviour to relevant law enforcement agencies.
- Updating technical controls to prevent further misuse.
🔄 Guideline Updates
These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued use of QRDoc constitutes acceptance of the current version.
