QRDoc is a small, independent project. These guidelines define the expected standard of conduct for all users of the tool and anyone who contacts the project team.

✅ Expected Behaviour

• Use QRDoc only for lawful, authorised purposes.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
• Share only documents and links you are authorised to distribute.
• Protect the privacy of others — do not generate QR codes linking to private content without permission.
• Engage respectfully with the project team.
• Report genuine misuse through appropriate channels.

❌ Unacceptable Behaviour

• Using QRDoc to distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
• Generating QR codes linking to content that infringes copyright.
• Harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse of individuals.
• Attempting to abuse, disrupt, or exploit the QRDoc service.
• Submitting false abuse reports in bad faith.
• Impersonating the QRDoc project team or developer.

If you observe behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it via the Report Abuse page.

⚖️ Enforcement

• Declining to support users who violate these guidelines.
• Reporting illegal content or behaviour to relevant law enforcement agencies.
• Updating technical controls to prevent further misuse.

🔄 Guideline Updates

These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued use of QRDoc constitutes acceptance of the current version.
