Use QRDoc responsibly and lawfully. This policy governs how you may use QRDoc. By using the tool, you agree to these terms.
🎯 Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules that apply to all use of QRDoc. It is incorporated into the Terms & Conditions.
✅ Permitted Use
- Generate QR codes for lawful personal or business purposes.
- Share document links for which you hold the necessary rights or permissions.
- Download and use generated QR code images in printed or digital materials.
QRDoc is designed for legitimate document sharing workflows. If in doubt, contact us first.
❌ Prohibited Activities
- Generate or distribute QR codes linking to phishing sites, malware, or fraudulent content.
- Link to content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- Harass, stalk, or target individuals with harmful content.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of QRDoc's infrastructure.
- Impersonate QRDoc, the developer, or any other person or organisation.
⚖️ Enforcement
- QRDoc reserves the right to update this AUP at any time.
- Confirmed illegal content or activities will be reported to law enforcement agencies.
- Technical or legal action may be taken against parties who violate this AUP.
Note: As a client-side browser tool, enforcement is primarily through legal channels and technical updates to the tool.
🔄 Policy Updates
This Acceptable Use Policy may be revised periodically. Continued use of QRDoc after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.
